Question 1

How much can our group earn?

Accepted Answer

Fundraiser returns are shown clearly on available products. Many options return 38% or more of the customer price to your fundraiser.

Question 2

Do supporters need to handle cash?

Accepted Answer

No. Ordering and payment are completed online, making the fundraiser cashless for supporters and easier for organisers to manage.

Question 3

Who can start a fundraiser?

Accepted Answer

Anyone and everyone can start a fundraiser with Future Foods. We do not restrict fundraising to a particular type of school, club, group or organisation.

Question 4

When do we get paid?

Accepted Answer

Once your fundraiser has finished and has been completed by our admin team, you will be notified to submit your bank details. Payment will be made as soon as your bank details are received.

Question 5

Is there a minimum amount we need to sell?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no minimum sales amount. You can sell as much or as little as you like and it does not change your fundraiser.

Question 6

The Organiser Dashboard includes free promotional tools. Organisers can share by email, use their unique fundraiser URL, download a ready-to-use poster and share a custom QR code, all at no extra cost.
