01STEP 01 GET STARTEDTell us about your fundraiser
First, let us know who you’re raising money for. It only takes a few minutes to get started.
- Enter your school, club or group details and fundraising dates.
- Send your fundraiser to us for approval.
- Once approved, your fundraiser is ready to share.
You can manage your fundraiser from your organiser account.
02STEP 02 CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITESChoose what you want to sell
Browse our fundraising products and pick the ones that suit your group and supporters.
- See the selling price and how much your group earns from each product.
- Select the products you would like to offer.
- We’ll show your chosen products on your fundraiser page.

03STEP 03 SPREAD THE WORDShare your fundraiser link
When your fundraiser is live, invite your friends, family and wider community to support it.
- Share your unique fundraiser link or QR code.
- Supporters choose their products and place orders online.
- Payments are made online, so your group does not need to collect cash.
Check your sales and progress at any time in your organiser dashboard.
04STEP 04 WE TAKE CARE OF THE ORDERSWe prepare everything for you
After your fundraiser closes, Future Foods organises the orders so your group doesn’t have to pack everything.
- We prepare the products ordered by your supporters.
- Allow seven days after closing for order preparation.
- Orders are arranged for your selected delivery or warehouse collection option.
Your organiser can check the agreed collection or delivery arrangements.
05STEP 05 CELEBRATE YOUR RESULTSReceive the money you raised
You can see how much your group has earned, without having to count money or work through paper order forms.
- View your fundraising sales and total raised in your dashboard.
- Provide your group’s bank details for the payout.
- We arrange payment once the fundraiser is completed and the payout is ready.
Your group can use the funds for the cause that matters to you.

Get startedWHEN YOUR FUNDRAISER FINISHES
Getting your orders is easy, too.
We allow seven days after your fundraiser closes to prepare the orders. Your group chooses one of these options:

Supporters collect their own orders from our Papatoetoe warehouse when they’re ready. We’ll send collection details.
